A college friend of mine has this incredible Etsy store, Variya. I love her stuff and am always browsing it when she posts links. 
She has offered to do a giveaway to celebrate our site launch – a pair of her siren song earrings.
A little more about Variya, in Tonya’s words:
I started making jewelry for myself when I developed a metal allergy and couldn’t find cool stuff that I could wear. Then I began creating jewelry as gifts for family and friends. My sister in law insisted for a couple years that I try to sell it, which I was a little apprehensive about because I didn’t know where to begin..until I found Etsy and decided why not – they make it so easy! I decided that I wanted to create in a style that was hip, edgy and unique, and I used my middle name, Variya because I thought it really embodied that – my Dad created that for me. The majority of my work is one of a kind, because I love to create new designs. I describe my style as vintage-modern, and I specialize in custom work, which I have done a lot of apart from Etsy. I love creating the perfect design for a wedding and seeing how happy a bride is to have the jewelry she dreamed of for her perfect day, or a custom piece for a birthday surprise – it’s so much fun! My motto is “just because you can, doesn’t mean you should” and I think that keeps a continuity to my designs.
