After the final episode of Season 3, it almost felt as if many viewers were disheartened, myself included. One of my favorite characters, Lady Sybil, died in the 3rd season. And finally, at the very end of the last episode, we probably all shed tears as the love of Lady Mary’s life, Matthew Crawley, was lost in a car accident. So tragic yet provoking enough emotion to make viewers want to see more.Lady Mary on Downton Abbey
And now we begin Season 4. What secrets does this season hold? This season’s storyline begins six months after Matthew’s death. Lady Mary and Anna in Downton Abbey Season 4We’ll once again be swept into the lives of this family and the serving staff who care for them.


Cast includes Dame Maggie Smith, Elizabeth McGovern, Hugh Bonneville, Michelle Dockery, Jim Carter, Joanne Froggatt, Penelope Wilton, Shirley MacLaine, and Paul Giamatti.
