Saks Fifth Avenue had an awesome light show this year; while Mom and I were there, we stopped to record the entire thing. I found it absolutely fascinating, wishing the boys were with me to see it too.

Instructions
Make sandwiches out of peanut butter and crackers....the thicker the peanut butter, the yummier. Melt almond bark and shortening on pan in stove until chocolate is dipping consistency.
Dip cracker sandwiches in chocolate and place on waxed paper on cookie sheet. Chill in refrigerator until chocolate hardens.
